This notice explains what personal data Z9 Systems ("we") collects through z9systems.com, our licence service and our e-mail, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. It is given under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Questions and requests: [email protected].
1. What we collect and why

Z9 Monitor never sends us the names, IP addresses, credentials or monitoring data of the servers it monitors – that data stays on your server. Fields marked * in our forms are needed to send the download or to process an order; without them we cannot provide these.
2. Card details
You enter card details on the payment page of Stripe, our payment provider. We never receive or store full card numbers; Stripe is certified to the PCI DSS standard for card data.
3. Who processes data for us
We do not sell or rent personal data and we use no advertising trackers. We use these service providers, only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare – hosting of the website, the licence service and its database;
- Stripe – card payments, receipts and the subscription self-service page;
- Resend – sending order, licence and renewal e-mails;
- Google Workspace – our mailboxes;
- Telegram – internal notifications to our team about downloads, orders and messages.
These providers may process data outside Malaysia (for example in Singapore, Japan, the United States or the European Union). We use providers that protect personal data under contract at a level comparable to the PDPA. We disclose personal data to authorities only when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices and payment records: 7 years, as required by Malaysian tax and company law.
- Download and trial details, licence service records: while you use our products and for up to 2 years after, or until you ask us to delete them (unless we must keep them for a licence you still use).
- Website statistics are anonymous.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to stop using it for marketing, to withdraw your consent, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address we know; we reply within 21 days and do not charge for this. Every marketing e-mail can also be stopped by replying "unsubscribe".
6. Security
All connections to our website and licence service are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited to our team and protected by a separate sign-in. Licences are digitally signed, so they cannot be forged.
7. Changes
We update this notice when what we do changes; the date at the top shows the current version. Important changes are announced on this page before they apply.
